LUCINDA

Lucinda's early career stared within a training and consultancy firm, specialising in health and safety and providing Lucinda with solid foundations and a core understanding, to enable her to assist our clients with the numerous safety requirements involved in letting and developing property.

Having already qualified with an NVQ in business and administration, as well as securing various certification in Safety Performance and Fire Marshalling, Lucinda started her property career in early 2012 with a well regarded firm of RICS regulated, Chartered Surveyors. Lucinda soon established her self as a competent property professional and joined the Cathedral team in late 2012 as its first employee.

Showing commitment and continued development towards her chosen profession, she started studying towards an intermediate level apprenticeship in Residential Lettings and Management in 2014, followed by an advanced level apprenticeship in 2016. Despite being a busy working mother, Lucinda's organisation skills and her sheer dedication to the Cathedral business, have been known to hold the hole team together. In recognition of her outstanding contributions, Lucinda achieved Junior Partner status in 2021.

Lucinda always does what she says she's going to do, a simple but priceless attribute that has won her customer praise over the years.

Lucinda's background and experience makes her a natural choice for any property risk assessment needs and advise surrounding the Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS) and the Homes (Fitness for Human Habitation) Act 2018. Potential house buyers and sellers should also take comfort in knowing that Lucinda is trained and qualified in Estate Agency and customer service.
