During her time as a corporate agent she received various letters of commendation from senior management and was named regional employee of the year in 2008, before becoming a regulated MARLA agent in 2010. Jolieanna earnt a distinction in her studies with the Association of Residential Letting Agents and went on to study and pass the advanced competency test for regulated agents.

Jolieanna specialises in residential and commercial inventories, the valuation of fixtures and fittings in the license trade, distressed tenancies, evictions, landlord and tenant disputes and mediation. Over the years she has assisted many landlords and tenants through court proceedings in issues surrounding disrepair, arrears, deposit disputes and even compulsory purchase orders.

In 2021 Jolieanna enrolled as a Conveyancing and Probate Law & Practise student and looks forward to introducing these services to the business once qualified in the future.

Jolieanna believes knowledge is power and says "Its fair to say that UK estate agents don't have the best of reputations, often featuring in the list of the top 10 most disliked professions. In an industry I'm so passionate about, that saddens me and I really believe that qualifications, regulations, career commitment and the simple principle of keeping the clients best interest at heart can dispel the age old reputation"

Jolieanna has a personal property portfolio and aside from her extensive career, has first hand and personal experience of sourcing, purchasing and selling new builds, auction properties, renovation projects and buy to let investments. Jolieanna is well placed to offer portfolio and investment advice to new or established investors.
